2021 Jaguar F-Pace SVR Launched in India; Price Rs. 1.51 crore

Jaguar Land Rover India announced the price of Jaguar F-Pace SVR in the country. The car is priced at ₹ 1.51 crore (ex-showroom India) and has also announced the commencement of deliveries in the country. The Jaguar F-Pace SVR is powered by the company’s 5.0-litre V8 supercharged petrol engine that is tuned to churn out around 543 bhp and a monstrous 700 Nm of peak torque, an increase of 20 Nm when compared to the older model. The supercharged V8 motor will be paired with Jaguar’s ultra-responsive, 8-speed automatic transmission, which is claimed to deliver rapid gearshifts for smooth performance, while tweaking the way the power is delivered to suit driving conditions. adopts. The new F-Pace SVR is capable of accelerating from 0-100 kmph in 4.0 seconds. Jaguar’s all-wheel drive (AWD) system with Intelligent Driveline Dynamics is also fitted as standard.

The F-Pace SVR has now migrated to Jaguar’s Advanced Electronic Vehicle Architecture 2.0 (EVA 2.0).

The new F-Pace SVR also comes with two different modes – Comfort and Dynamic, which change the throttle mapping, gear shift point, steering effort and suspension, if applicable. In Dynamic mode, the driver will have access to a stopwatch, g-meter and pedal graph, while Adaptive Dynamics continuously adjusts the dampers for improved comfort and refinement based on road and driving conditions.

The cabin has also been updated and now gets more upmarket treatment. The interior is crafted in Dimple leather with heritage logo inspired detailing and debossed SVR logo. It also gets a leather-wrapped steering wheel with red stitching, an 11.4-inch curved-glass HD touchscreen for the wireless charger and the new Pivi Pro infotainment system. It is connected and will come with software-over-the-air (SOTA) capability. The F-Pace SVR will also come with JLR’s Cabin Air Ionization which improves interior air quality through nanotechnology and removes allergens and unpleasant odours.

The SVR now moves to Jaguar’s Advanced Electronic Vehicle Architecture 2.0 (EVA 2.0) which has helped improve its agility and the model now adopts motorsport-inspired design details. It gets a revised bumper design with SVR badged grille and elements like X-shape and blades that intersect the lower side air vents and intakes. The SUV also gets all-LED quad headlights with ‘Double J’ Daytime Running Light (DRL) signature which is available with optional Pixel LED technology and offers increased resolution and brightness. It also has an Adaptive Driving Beam that evaluates the road ahead and automatically adapts the high beam light to mask oncoming traffic or traffic signals.
