Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the 2022 Honda Gold Wing Tour in the country. The 2022 edition of the company’s flagship model will be sold through the company’s exclusive dealership chain, the Honda Bigwing Topline, and bookings for the motorcycle have also begun. Right now, Honda has launched only the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) variant of the 2022 Gold Wing Tour, which will be available in only one color option – Gunmetal Black Metallic. The motorcycle comes to India as a completely built unit or CBU model and is priced at ₹ 39.20 Lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram).

Honda has launched the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) only version of the 2022 Gold Wing Tour
The motorcycle is powered by a 1833 cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke 24-valve SOHC flat-6 engine that is tuned to generate peak output of around 125 bhp @ 5,500 rpm and peak torque of 170 Nm @ 4,500 rpm. The engine comes mated to Honda’s DCT automatic transmission with creep forward and back functions. The Gold Wing Tour is built on a diecast, aluminum twin-beam frame that comes with a double-wishbone front suspension system, pro-arm swingarm and 4 preload settings.

The bike also comes with a suite of electronic components like – Throttle by Wire (TBW), 4 rider modes (Tour, Sport, Icon and Rain), Cruise Control, Dual Combined Brake System (D-CBS), Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and Hill Start Assist (HSA). The bike also gets an idling stop system and an airbag. The bike comes equipped with a 7-inch full-colour TFT liquid crystal display, Apple Carplay and Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity and two USB Type-C ports.
The 2022 Honda Gold Wing Tour is powered by a 1833 cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke 24-valve SOHC flat-6 engine mated to a DCT unit.

Visually, this bike looks similar to the 2021 model, although now all the chrome and silver elements including the engine have been blacked out. The motorcycle comes with full-LED lighting which includes dual LED fog lights, auto canceling indicators and step-less electrically adjustable windscreen. Other features include – a tire pressure monitoring system, smart keys, 21-litre fuel tank capacity, lightweight speakers with passenger audio control switch and more.
