2022 KTM 390 Adventure with riding modes launched in India for Rs 3.34 lakh – Times of India

KTM Today finally launched the much-awaited new 390 Adventure in India at a price of Rs 3,34,895 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Customers can opt for EMI payment option starting from Rs.6,999. 2022 KTM 390 Adventure Can be booked at KTM dealerships across the country.
The new 390 Adventure now gets two riding modes, Street and Offroad, for traction control. When a rider switches modes, the motorcycle will have rear-wheel slip to make riding smooth on wet or loose terrain, as per the company’s claims.
Visually, the new KTM 390 Adventure is very similar to the previous KTM 390 model. Adv. The machine suits the Dakar winner KTM Factory Rally machines. The motorcycle gets two new color schemes, which include blue and grey/black as well as orange.
The 2022 KTM 390 Adventure gets wider side panels and a new tank shroud over the previous model. The company claims that the shape of the fuel tank has been optimized to ensure freedom of movement and control of the rider.
Additionally, the new KTM 390 Adventure gets a colorful TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation function as optional. Like the previous model, the 2022 390 Adventure comes equipped with a split headlamp, split seats, LED lighting, front visor, an adjustable windscreen and a 12V charging port.
Powering the 2022 KTM 390 Adventure is a 373cc 4-valve single-cylinder liquid-cooled DOHC engine that generates peak power of 43.5 PS and maximum torque of 37 Nm. Apart from this, it also gets motorcycle traction control and lean-angle sensitive ABS for the safety of the rider.
In addition to this, the motorcycle is equipped with WP APEX USD forks at the front and rear adjustable monoshocks. Braking duties are handled by dual-channel ABS with 320 mm front disc and 280 mm rear disc. With a fuel tank capacity of 14.5 liters, the 2022 KTM 390 Adventure offers a claimed range of 400 km.
