As heavy rain continued to lash parts of Delhi NCR, emergency services at Delhi Airport sprang into action following a roof collapse at Terminal-1.
Officials from the Delhi Fire Services confirmed the incident, stated, “Around 5:30 am, we received a call regarding a roof collapse at Terminal-1 of Delhi airport. Three fire engines have been rushed to the spot.”
According to the latest information, four people were affected by the incident. While, three individuals have been rescued and transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. One person is still believed to be trapped.
