41k students selected in engineering diploma merit list – Times of India

Admission Committee for Professional Diploma courses (ACPDC) announced the provisional merit list for engineering diploma Syllabus after class 10 on Friday. A total of 41,406 students have been selected in the merit list. An ACPDC statement said that the registration had ended on August 2 in which 42,147 students had registered themselves.
The state has 59,695 seats in government, grant-in-aid and private institutions. The merit list includes 17,395 students from the general category, 3,661 from the scheduled castes, 4,222 of the scheduled tribes, 12,114 from socially and socially, the statement said. economically backward class and 4,014 students from the economically backward class category. The merit list also includes 408 students from other states, the statement said.
There are 1,059 students who could not make it to the merit list because they were not eligible or did not submit the required documents, the statement said.
Students will have to complete their choice filling by August 21 and will then be allowed to make corrections in their registration till August 23 and earlier.
