‘529 days left for TRS government to leave’: BJP begins countdown

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started the countdown at its office here, indicating that 529 days are left to bid goodbye to the K Chandrasekhar Rao government and clocks will be set up in every BJP office in the state.

Telangana BJP in-charge Tarun Chugh told a press conference that people were eagerly waiting to say goodbye and the countdown clock would remind that KCR will go and the BJP government will be formed in Telangana. The party will reach every village in Telangana and touch every person explaining KCR’s incompetence and how one family was ruling. “The state is in the grip of one family and people are waiting to break it,” he claimed, claiming that family rule is the biggest enemy of democracy.

He said those fighting for a separate state were suffocated and felt cheated because KCR was running the government every moment with those opposing Telangana. He claimed that a gang of anti-Telangana people is running the show now and even TRS leaders are calling me personally and telling how they are feeling and honoring the promises made to the people. has not been.

Mr Chugh claimed that Telangana tops in land grabbing and that 91% of farmers are in debt. In fact, every section of the society is unhappy and waiting for the removal of the TRS government. He challenged the Chief Minister to come for an open discussion on his achievements and contribution of the Center in the last 8 years. “Our Telangana chief Bandi Sanjay will come with all the facts and you will choose the place and time,” he said.

No reduction in VAT on fuel

Accusing the chief minister of being insensitive, he asked how KCR did not reduce VAT on fuel despite the central government reducing taxes on petrol and diesel twice to give some relief to the people. Every state has reduced VAT but not Telangana and Chief Minister does not even think about it.

“This government reminds me of the mythological character ‘Kumbhkaran’ and is sleepy for people’s problems and issues. No resentment reaches the Chief Minister, who is insensitive to problems”, he claimed.

Modi will come on July 2

Mr. Chugh said that the meeting of the National Executive Committee to be held in Hyderabad from July 1 to 3 will give a new direction to the country and the public meeting to be addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 3 will be historic. He will reach Hyderabad on July 2.

Party workers from each of the 35,000 booths in Telangana will participate voluntarily. Actually, every booth is contributing one thousand rupees for the national assembly. Shri Modi’s address will be a turning point for a new beginning in Telangana.
