LUCKNOW: After a gap of several weeks, one new case each of Covid-19 has been reported Deoria and Maharajganj district on Tuesday.
A total of nine cases were reported in the last 24 hours, while eight persons recovered from the infection, officials said. Other cases reported from Lucknow (2), Gautam Buddha Nagar (2) and Prayagraj (3).
The number of active cases in UP was 99, with Gautam Budh Nagar having 28 cases, followed by Lucknow with 15 cases under surveillance. Health officials said that 14.28 crore doses of the vaccine have been given in the state.
