A video of a woman being dragged by motorcycle-borne criminals in Delhi in an attempt to snatch her mobile phone is going viral. Two people on the scooter can be seen crossing on the wrong side of the road while the person in the back seat grabs a person and pulls them along before allowing them to cross the middle of the road.
