US President Joe Biden accidentally read aloud instructions on a teleprompter during a televised speech on Friday.
In the now viral video, Biden can be seen saying “End of quote, repeat the line.”
Later, the US president is seen on the teleprompter struggling to read the speech, but then the pace picks up.

“What we are seeing was not a constitutional decision, it was an exercise in raw political power,” Biden told reporters at the White House after being quoted heavily from dissenting opinion in the ruling.
“We cannot allow the Supreme Court, working in conjunction with extremist elements of the Republican Party, to take away our freedoms and our personal autonomy,” Biden said.
