The “holy” soil collected from across the district for use during the unveiling of a 108-feet statue of Kempe Gowda in Bengaluru will be given a ceremonial farewell from Mandya district on Tuesday. The ceremony will be held at Satyagraha Soudha in Shivpura and will be attended by district in-charge minister K Gopalaiah.
