Kozhikode district has won the title after neck-and-neck competition with Kannur and Palakkad districts for five days. Kerala School Kalolsavam 2023, held in Kozhikode. This is the 21st time that Kozhikode is claiming the top spot – more than any other district in the history of the festival.
This time around 11,000 secondary school students from government schools in 14 districts of Kerala participated in 239 events around 24 locations at Kalolasavam, which began on 3 January. It will end on January 7.

As is customary, the district with the most points at the end of the competitions will take home the 117.5 Sovereign’s Golden Cup. As per the final tally, Kozhikode topped the list with 945 points, followed by Kannur and Palakkad both with 925 points.
