About Mutton Ginger Recipe: How To Make Adraki Meat at Home

First, fry the chopped onions in oil till golden brown. Add mutton, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder and fry the meat in spices. Once the moisture from the meat has evaporated, add the yogurt. When the oil forms a separate layer, add crushed black peppercorns, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and lemon juice. Cook the mutton for 10 minutes. Ginger Mutton is ready!
