To begin making the recipe, first heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chilli and fry till garlic changes colour. Then add onions and fry again. When onions turn golden brown, add tomatoes and fry the mixture till it leaves oil.

Now add all the dry spices and fry for 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat and pour in the cream along with the grated cheese. Mix everything again and let it boil for a minute or two. Now, the last step is to add eggs, coriander leaves and some green chilies.
