The very first thing that we associate with Mughlai recipe is its richness. In keeping with tradition, this recipe also includes several royal spices that add exotic and royal texture and aroma to the dish. Some key ingredients we need to prepare Mughlai The curries are tomato puree, cream, cashew paste, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt to taste, and of course boiled eggs.

First we prepare the gravy. To make curry, first heat oil in a pan and add cloves, bay leaves, cardamom, ginger-garlic paste and onion. Cook till the onion becomes soft.

Now add tomato puree to the spices and cook till the oil starts separating. Once done, add some cream. You can replace the cream with cashew paste for that extra rich flavor.
