Heat mustard oil in a heavy bottom pan, saute cumin, chopped onion, green chilli, garlic and ginger. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes, salt and sugar. Let it cook till the tomatoes are tender. Add mutton, mix and cook for 20-25 minutes. Add ghee to taste. Cover the pan with a lid and let the mutton cook in its juices for some time. Sprinkle garam masala. When the mutton is completely cooked, garnish it with coriander and lemon juice.
