How to make Rezla Chicken:

Blanch the mutton pieces. Extract the juice of ginger and garlic and keep aside. Finely grind the onion, cashew and coconut separately. In a heavy bottomed pan, boil the mutton in water, salt and green cardamom. When the mutton is half cooked, add onion paste and ginger-garlic juice to it. Cook the mutton till it dries completely, add ghee and whipped curd. Fry the meat Add cashew nuts, coconut paste, white pepper and water to make a thick gravy. Remove the mutton from the heat and add the kewra, sweet tar, mashed khoya and cream. The dish is ready!
