To make this, first put green chili and ginger with sprouts in a blender. Make a paste by grinding it using little water. Add rava to the paste and mix well. Next, add vegetables, curd, coriander and spices. Add water as required to make half a thick batter. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and spread cup of batter to make pancakes. Put a few drops of oil/ghee on the edges. Cook on low flame till cooked from both the sides. Garnish with grated cheese. Sprinkle some chaat masala and fold it. Serve with green chutney and enjoy!
