Meanwhile, the police said that the probe has revealed the handiwork of those allegedly involved in taking loans on fake documents behind the incident.
“These racketeer were looking for the victim as a hindrance to doing their job and therefore used low intensity acid (commonly used in the design of tattoos) to intimidate her,” he said.
