Renowned Marathi film actor, writer and director Subodh Bhave recently added a brand new Kia Carnival MPV to his garage. The actor posted a picture of his new prized possession on social media. He is best known for his work in films such as Balgandharva, Katyar Kaljat Ghusali and Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar. While it is not clear which variant Bhave bought, let us tell you that the MPV comes in four variants – Premium, Prestige, Limousine and Limousine Plus.

Carnival is the automaker’s flagship offering in India. MPV price starts from ₹ 25.49 Lakh, goes up to ₹ 34.49 Lakh (ex-showroom). Last year, Kia introduced the updated Carnival with subtle changes. The MPV has done well for the South Korean carmaker, and in fact, it has become quite a popular choice among large families, bureaucrats, politicians and celebrities. In addition, Carnival was crowned CNB MPV of the Year 2021.

The Kia Carnival MPV comes equipped with premium features like leatherette reclining seats, 10.1-inch rear-seat entertainment system, air purifier with virus protection, Harman Kardon 8-speaker sound system, electronic parking brake, 10-way electrically-adjustable driver seat and more. With ventilation, TPMS and more. Under the hood, the Kia Carnival gets a 2.2-litre, four-cylinder VGT diesel engine that produces 197 Bhp and 440 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to an 8-speed Sportmatic automatic transmission.
