The company has introduced V-Assist, a virtual contact center where customers can interact with customer-care executives over video. “The service deviates from the impersonal experience of consumers using the helpline and adds a personal element to customer interactions with Adani Electricity,” the company said.

It has also unveiled advanced self-help kiosks with additional capabilities such as cash and check payments, option to receive change for cash, option to make partial or full payment, download bill copies, lodge complaints and access video calls .

It has installed 70 self-help kiosk machines conveniently located at over 50 locations in the western suburbs of Mumbai.

The company’s chatbot ‘Electra’ now comes with enhanced capabilities and is powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for better user experience.

Electra will soon interact with you in Marathi and Hindi languages ​​that can be accessed through the company’s website, app and WhatsApp.

As part of its new digital offerings, the company is also introducing smart meters, which allow customers to better monitor their consumption patterns like ‘Know your real time meter reading,’ ‘Prepaid/Post-paid’ Enabling the facility of metering,’ ‘Enable’. The company will invest around Rs 500 crore on installing smart meters in its distribution area.
