How to make Aloo Palak Tikki Recipe with Potato and Spinach Tikki:

Prepare the potatoes in advance by boiling them and letting them cool. Then wash the spinach leaves and fry by adding ginger-garlic paste, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, salt and red chili powder. You can also add spices of your choice – coriander leaves, chaat masala, coriander powder etc.

Mix the spinach mixture with mashed boiled potatoes, rice flour and bread crumbs and deep fry or pan fry the tikkis made from the mixture.
