The two were fighting the case together, but parted ways in May.
Visen, who filed Case No. 693/2021 Rakhi Singh Vs. UP Government sought the right to worship Shringar Gauri and other deities in Gyanvapi Masjid, while talking to reporters here on Tuesday morning, made serious allegations against Vishnu Jain.
“Vishnu Jain is deeply associated with the life member of India Islamic Culture Center and is playing like their puppet to weaken my movement,” Vishan said.

“In order to thwart this conspiracy of Jain,” Visen said, “I have made an application to the District Judge to apprise him of all these facts.”
When contacted, Vishnu Jain said, “Yes, I am the standing counsel for the UP government in the apex court. But, the UP government has given me a no-objection certificate to allow me to prosecute in a personal capacity. A copy of the letter was produced before the district judge’s court on Tuesday to clarify that there is no conflict of interest. No relief.”
Regarding other allegations of Vissen having links with a member of the India Islamic Culture Centre, Vishnu Jain said, “I had no affiliation with either my father nor any non-Hindu organization in my entire life.”
Case no. Jain and Visen became active in Varanasi with the progress of 693/2021, but differences began to emerge between them with the initiation of the Court Commission’s survey in the Gyanvapi case after May 6, when the message to withdraw Visen’s case went viral on social media. By the end of May, Visen and Zain parted ways. On 4 July, Visen announced that a new team of advocates would fight the case for Plaintiff-I Rakhi Singh.
Vishnu Jain said that Visen’s move did not affect the case as he and his father continued to fight for the four litigants of Varanasi – No 2 to 5 (Lakshmi Devi, Sita Sahu, Manju Vyas and Rekha Pathak). kept.
On Monday, the Jain-led group also announced the formation of the Shri Asdi Mahadev Kashi Dharmalay Mukti Nyas (Trust). Jain said the trust was formed to fight in an organized manner all the promises related to Gyanvapi, which currently has six.
