The principal of MIT College, Prof Mithilesh Kumar Jha, recently said in a media interaction that this portal will make it easier for students to get employment. Through the career portal, students will get jobs from Flipkart to Paytm. Apart from this, companies like Zomato, Tech Mahindra, and Jio have also been linked to this portal. Students will be able to apply for jobs at these companies. Wherever these companies have branches, engineering students will be able to get jobs there.
Students can also do internships at these companies. AICTE says that engineering students will not have to wander much for employment. According to the information, students will also be taught to make their resumes on the career portal. For this, a link has been given on the portal. By clicking on this link, information will be given about what kind of resume is needed to be made. Students will also get to know what kind of resume is needed for which field on this link.
According to reports, the portal aims to help over 3 million students access employment and internship opportunities. The career portal will work like a career GPS, offering global opportunities to students. Creating strong resumes to stand out in the professional world is a key gap for most students.
