Bharti Airtel on Monday said it has launched the ‘#5GforBusiness’ initiative to showcase enterprise-grade use cases using high-speed and low latency networks. Under this initiative, Airtel Working closely with leading global consulting and technology companies, such as Accenture, AWS, Cisco, Ericsson, among others. google cloud, Nokia and to work with brands like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Apollo Hospitals, Flipkart And other major companies will test 5G-based solutions.

“These solutions will be deployed 5G Test spectrum allocated to Airtel and includes smart factories, smart healthcare, 5G-powered quality inspection, digital twin, connected frontline workforce and AR/VR-based use cases. End-user locations at the Network Experience Center in Manesar (Gurgaon) and Airtel’s 5G Lab. Randeep Singh Sekhon, Chief Technology Officer, Bharti Airtel said that the 5G ecosystem is the key for enterprises to increase productivity and serve their customers better. The telco has also showcased India’s first rural 5G trial as well as the first cloud gaming experience on 5G. “Airtel is leading the O-RAN Alliance initiative in India to build 5G solutions,” the statement said.
