Pharmaceutical company Ajanta Pharma on Monday said its board is scheduled to meet on March 10 to approve the proposal for buyback of equity shares of the company.
“We wish to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 (“Board Meeting”) to consider, inter alia, approving the Buyback Proposal common share Company and related/relevant matters,” the company said in a filing.
The company also said that the trading window for trading in the securities of the firm will remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting on Friday.
