When asked how he hasn’t let rivalry come in the way of his friendship with other Bollywood stars, the actor said this.
“We may not meet in person much, but we still talk. Everyone is just a call away. And we support each other when in need. Akshay, Salman, Shah Rukh, Abhishek, Bhale Even though they are younger than us, Amitji, Sunil Shetty, Sanju…we trust each other and are with each other and we know we can count on each other’s support.”
In an exclusive chat with Filmfare, the actor also addressed the issue of online trolling especially related to his children and how over the years he has learned to ignore it.
“Trolls are a tiny percentage of your audience. Normal people have thousands of worries to worry about about movies and movie stars. They’ll watch a trailer and if they like it, they’ll probably watch the movie. And then a movie Judging by, they would probably discuss it with their friends and family. I don’t think they would post comments online about a trailer or movie. I’ve asked around and people have told me they’ve never done that So, I don’t know how much negativity goes in. The actor, who has given some of Bollywood’s best films with actress Tabu, was also asked about his equation with her. Answering this question, the actor revealed that they have known each other since their teenage years. “not just victory path… I have known her since we were 13-14 years old.
