Reliance Jio is all set to launch high-speed 5G telecom services in several major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai by Diwali this year. On August 29, Reliance Jio Chairman Akash Ambani, while addressing the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting through immersive and interactive metaverse technology, said that the company will launch Jio Air Fiber to facilitate a completely wireless network for the country. “We have developed Jio Air Fiber for homes. It will connect homes to true 5G networks. India will be among the top 10 countries in terms of fixed broadband.
