Alien’s “sit with me” flight attendant request on plane Sparks Row

Goa:

In another incident of in-flight harassment, a foreign tourist allegedly misbehaved with a female flight attendant on a GO First flight from New Delhi to Goa on January 5, one of whom asked to sit next to him and the other made obscene remarks. Insisted on talking things over, sources told NDTV today.

He was handed over to the airport security agency CISF at Goa’s new airport at Mopa and the regulator DGCA was also informed. Further details are not yet known.

The incident happened on the day the new airport was opened.

It came to light on a day a man was sent to jail for urinating on a female co-passenger on an Air India flight in November.

On November 26, on a New York-Delhi Air India flight, Shankar Mishra allegedly unzipped his pants and urinated on an elderly woman in business class. He later pleaded with the woman not to report him to the police, saying it would affect his wife and child.

Air India filed only one police complaint this week and said that “there was no further flare-up or confrontation”, and that “respecting the stated wishes of the female passenger, the crew chose not to call law enforcement upon landing”. . It banned Mishra from flying for 30 days, prompting an outcry from social media users who said it was not enough.

Police arrested Shankar Mishra from Bengaluru on Friday night.
