As per TRAI’s PMR for cellular mobile telephone services for the quarter ended December 2021, all TSPs (Telecom Service Providers) except BSNL in an LSA (West Bengal) are complying with both the benchmarks relating to Drop Call Rate (DCR). He said that DoT has launched an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), in which about 5.67 crore customers have been personally contacted for feedback on call drops since December 2016.
