You can make cutlets using ingredients like paneer cutlets, chicken cutlets, egg cutlets, potato cutlets and many more. Here we bring you a cutlet recipe which is not only delicious but also easy to make. It is called Aloo Semiya Cutlet. As the name suggests, this cutlet is made with boiled potatoes and vermicelli to make it crispy and crispy. It is further spiced with a pool of spices to give the buds a tangy taste. Aloo Semiya Cutlets Recipe: How to make Aloo Semiya Cutlets:

To start the recipe, first heat the ghee in a pan and fry the semiyas for 4-5 minutes or till they turn golden. Once done, boil the vermicelli for 2-3 minutes. Take out the filtered semiya in a bowl, add cornflour and mix well.

Now add boiled potato mash, bread crumbs and all dry spices to it. Mix well, take out a little portion from the mixture and roll it like a cutlet (cylindrical shape). Dip it in cornflour batter, then roll in vermicelli.
