Amazon user’s PS5 God of War Ragnarok order swapped out with Bluetooth speaker

An Amazon user who ordered PS5 God of War Ragnarok Bundle He was disappointed when he found some bluetooth speakers in the box. Sharing his experience on the Reddit subhead of PlayStation India, the user revealed that he had placed an order for the PS5 on February 7 from seller Kay Kay Overseas Corporation. However, when the package arrived, it was listed under Electronics Bazaar Store.

User uploaded an unboxing video that showed two massive Bluetooth speakers instead PS5 that he had ordered. Amazon support was then contacted, and they informed the user that the investigation would take three days. The timestamps recorded in the video match the delivery time, providing evidence that the user did not receive the correct product.

He wrote, “Amazon support has said they will investigate and it will take 3 days. The timestamp recorded with the video matches the delivery time.”

Furthermore, the user urged people to avoid buying PS5 online and shared another example of a buyer getting a used PS4 Pro 1TB from the same seller. They said, “Please don’t buy PS5 At least from these vendors. Visit the offline store and get it. I learned this the hard way. Was very excited and all was ruined. Instead, I felt traumatized and literally cried. I really hope Amazon will refund or send me the PS5. #PS5Scam #AmazonScam Update: Another buyer received a used PS4 Pro 1TB from KAY KAY Overseas yesterday! Looks like a big scam! They have also been asked to wait till February 23.”

When a Reddit user made a joke about someone getting a PS5 instead of a Bluetooth speaker, the original user responded by saying that the situation appears to be intentional on the seller’s part. He speculated that the seller didn’t have a PS5 in stock and instead fulfilled the order with a Bluetooth speaker to prevent any potential attacks or issues. Amazon,
