It is well said that kindness and humanity still exists among some people. Proving this right, a writer and speaker offered a large sum of money to three workers at the Atlanta airport in the United States.
A video has gone viral on Instagram, showing author Carlos Whitaker on a video call with three employees one by one and being told that he is going to offer them $4000, or about 3.3 million each. But later, they were surprised to receive $35,000 each. Workers named Phyllis, Brandon, and Josh were assisted by Mr. Whitaker with money received in online donations from Instagram users.

All three workers were shocked to hear Mr. Whitaker’s announcement. When Phyllis got the news, she saw that she was charmed. In the viral video, Mr Whitaker can be heard saying, “The smile on your face and the way you serve is adorable.” And Josh says, “It will help us a lot. I can get a home to my parents. I’ll be able to take care of my family and the people I care about.”
The post has garnered nearly 1.9 lakh views and over 12,000 likes after being shared on Instagram. Several users posted heartfelt comments in the comment area of the post.
