Indian food is famous for its rich taste and aromatic spices. Indians are proud of their traditional food and culinary heritage. While people around the world have acknowledged the beauty of Indian cuisine, some dishes may seem a bit too spicy for foreigners. However, it is surprising how many people visit the country from outside and are quite excited to dive into the plethora of cuisines available here. We are talking about a woman from America who ate samosa chaat and biryani and boy, her excitement cannot be described in words.

The woman in the video is talking to the audience. She can be heard saying, “Indian food will always slap. Every time. You hear me?” She then apologizes for failing to pronounce the names of the Indian dishes placed in front of her. The two dishes are Chaat Samosa and Chicken Tikka Biryani. The best chutney, chopped onions and sev are poured over the samosa. Chicken Tikka Biryani also looked amazing. She also shows another packed box of regular samosas. She appreciates the taste of the dishes and says, “Taste delicious”. After this, she eats samosa with a spoonful of chaat. His response is unacceptable.

“I think it has something to do with the fact that Indians don’t consume a lot of processed food. Ask any Indian mom about frozen parathas or ready-to-eat and she’ll blow you away from your heritage.” We learned the recipes from our moms, who learned this from their moms, so it’s a rite of passage while growing up, said one user. Same for all Asian food. The flavor is bouncing off your plate!! My favorites after Indian are Thai and Japanese cuisine.”

Another follower said, “The appreciation for Indian food in the video and comments makes me so happy for the diverse cuisine of our country. And the fact that representation has increased from butter masala dishes to other sub-cuisines as well, I like to see it.”

“Girl you haven’t even eaten real food yet. Most places outside India adapt their cuisine to the tastes of the natives. Come to India!” One user got swept away.
