Satish Kaushik passed away
The sudden demise of Satish Kaushik sent shockwaves across the film industry. The actor and filmmaker was in Delhi when he suffered a heart attack while traveling in a car. His body was brought to Mumbai on Thursday. Now, a crime team of Delhi’s South-West district police visited Satish Kaushik’s farmhouse, where he was staying. The police are probing the late actor’s death case and are awaiting the detailed post-mortem report.
Kaushik was at a farmhouse in Delhi’s Bijwasan when he started feeling unwell and was taken to a hospital in Gurugram. Preliminary investigation suggests that he died of a heart attack and breathed his last before reaching the hospital. The last rites of the late actor were performed at the Versova crematorium. Anupam Kher, Javed Akhtar, Sham Kaushal, Salman KhanAbhishek Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor Bollywood celebs were among those who visited Kaushik’s Mumbai residence to pay their last respects to the late actor.

Recently, the veteran actor shared that he ruptured his rib cartilage during the shoot and is currently resting at his home in Mumbai.
“While shooting for Project K in Hyderabad, during an action shot, sustained an injury, torn rib cartilage and torn muscle in right rib cage. Shoot cancelled, CT done by doctor at AIG Hospital, Hyderabad Consulted and scanned and came back home,” posted Amitabh Bachchan. He was injured during an action sequence in the film. Unfortunately, he suffered an injury to his right rib cage. “Strapping done and rest advocated.. yes painful.. moving and breathing.. will take a few weeks they say before something is back to normal.. going on some medicine for the pain as well .. then all the work that was supposed to be done is suspended and canceled till it gets well .. I take rest in Jalsa and do all the necessary activities A bit mobile hoon.. but yes relaxed and generally lying around…” wrote Amitabh.
