This recipe requires the preparation of three ingredients – minced eggs, omelet and egg gravy.

Heat butter and oil in a pan, fry crushed black pepper, cumin, chopped onion, garam masala and chopped boiled egg white. Prepare a green paste using coriander and ginger. Add the paste to the egg whites and squeeze the lemon juice. Egg mince is ready.

Prepare an omelet with eggs, black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and salt. When the omelet is ready, fill the stuffing in the minced egg and keep it on a plate.

Heat more oil and butter in the same pan. Saute black pepper, cumin, onion paste, garlic, ginger and tomato paste. Add grated egg white to the boiled egg used for making egg mince. Season it with red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Add water and cook till the gravy becomes thick. Place the gravy on an omelet plate. Anda pomfret is ready!
