Andhra Pradesh CM pays tribute to Amarjeevi Potti Sriramulu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy pays tribute to Potti Sriramulu on the occasion of AP Formation Day on November 1 (Tuesday).

After garlanding the statue of Amarjeevi Potti Sriramulu, the Chief Minister unfurled the national flag and took the police salute.

The Chief Minister on Twitter described the AP Formation Day as “a festival day to honor our culture, our glory and the struggles and sacrifices made by the great personalities of our land”.

Legislative Council Deputy Chairman Zakia Khanum, Home Minister Tanati Vanitha, Tourism Minister RK Roja, Medical and Health Minister Vidadala Rajani, Housing Minister Jogi Ramesh, Chief Secretary Dr Sameer Sharma, DGP KV Rajendranath Reddy, AP Women’s Commission Chairperson Vasireddy Padma, Telugu and Sanskrit Academy President Lakshmi Parvati, Advisor to the Government (Public Affairs) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, Rajya Sabha member V. Vijayasai Reddy and other officials participated in the programme.
