Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test 2023 results to be out soon

The results of the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) 2023 are expected to be released soon. ECET results will be available on the official website at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ECET after they are announced.

According to reports, the ECET results are likely to be announced today, July 2. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is still awaited.

To check their marks, candidates can visit the website cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ECET. Once the results are announced, candidates can follow these steps:

Visit the aforementioned website.

Open the ECET result link.

Enter your login credentials.

Check and download your result.

The entrance test, conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE, is meant for admission into 2nd year-level Lateral Entry into Engineering/Pharmacy Courses for Diploma holders of Engineering & Technology and B.Sc. (Mathematics) courses, reported HT.

The entrance test took place on June 20, and the preliminary answer key was released on June 23. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections to the answer key until June 25.

After the declaration of the AP ECET 2023 results, the exam authorities will compile a merit list and make it available to the public. This merit list will determine the eligibility for counselling and admission preference. The merit list will be created based on the applicants’ scores or marks in the AP ECET 2023 test.

In the event of a tie between two or more applicants with identical marks, the following tie-breaking procedure will be followed:

Candidates with higher scores in mathematics will be given preference and ranked higher.

If the tie persists, candidates with higher grades in physics and chemistry will be ranked higher.

If the tie still persists, preference will be given to the older candidate, reported Raj Neet.
