Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national president N. Chandrababu Naidu has reiterated that the party will give 40% tickets to youth in the upcoming elections in Andhra Pradesh.

Addressing a teleconference with party leaders and workers on Wednesday, Shri Naidu said that everyone should plan the future activities of the party on the same lines. Once again there was a great need for the reconstruction of the state from the very beginning.

TDP had a huge 70 lakh strong pool of active members and all should work towards a common goal. “We are all members of the same family. TDP will remain committed to the welfare of its workers. We should be prepared for elections in every possible way.”

Foundation Day

Shri Naidu said that the huge applause on the first day of Foundation Day celebrations is a testament to the fact that TDP has made its place in the hearts of Telugu people. Needless to say that NTR laid a very strong foundation for the party, he said.

TDP will keep trying till NTR is given Bharat Ratna. The party will continue to follow in his footsteps and strive towards a society free from poverty and discrimination. He said that all necessary recognition would be given to the hard work and sincere work done in the programs of the party in the coming days.

Thanking the cadres, Naidu said that everyone enthusiastically participated in the foundation day celebrations in a motivating manner. The 40th Foundation Day was celebrated in a grand manner in 200 cities spread across 40 countries across the world. The flag of TDP was also hoisted in foreign countries.
