Despite stern warnings from Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, radical Islamist mobs continue to attack Hindu temples in the country… On October 15, a mob of around 200 extremists attacked the ISKCON temple in Noakhali district. The ISKCON community claims that three Hindus were killed in the attack, including 25-year-old Partha Das, whose body was found in a pond next to the temple. ISKCON officials in Bangladesh have urged the government to take immediate action and ensure the safety of all Hindus living in the country. ISKCON has also called upon the Government of India and PM Narendra Modi to take up this matter with the Bangladeshi government.
