Apple Store in Mumbai vs Delhi: What’s Similar and What’s Not

As per the official announcement, apple bkcwill open in Mumbai on April 18 at 11 am, while the second, Apple SaketWill open for common people in Delhi on April 20 at 10 am. Know here about the stores coming so far

Apple’s Mumbai store will be located inside the Mukesh Ambani-Jio World Drive Mall in Bandra Kurla Complex. While the Delhi store will be located at Select CityWalk District Centre, Saket.

Although Apple hasn’t officially confirmed it, the Apple New Delhi store will be comparatively smaller than the Apple BKC store in Mumbai. The Apple BKC store occupies approximately 22,000 sq ft, while the store in Delhi is spread over 10,000 sq ft.

Apple BKC is inspired by Mumbai’s iconic Kali Peeli taxi art. The store will welcome people with the classic Apple greeting “Hello Mumbai”. The Apple Saket store, on the other hand, draws inspiration from the many gates of Delhi, each of which represents a new chapter in the city’s glorious past.

Customers will be able to explore Apple’s latest product lineup, find creative inspiration and receive personalized service and support from the store’s team of experts, creatives and geniuses.

Apple has also created a special playlist on Apple Music to mark the opening of its first store in India. The curated playlist features songs tuned for the sounds of Delhi and Mumbai respectively.

To mark the opening of the first Apple Store in India, Apple BKC has announced a special ‘Today at Apple’ series – “Mumbai Rising” – which has been running since early summer. Bringing together visitors, local artists and creatives, these sessions will offer hands-on activities with Apple products and services that celebrate the local community and culture in Mumbai. No such event has been announced by Apple Saket yet.
