1) Lemon syrup with little black pepper

It is believed that when black pepper and salt are mixed with lemon juice, it can benefit the body in many ways. So, if you are dealing with post-COVID fatigue, have a glass of lemon sorbet with a hint of black pepper.

2) Adding rice and a small spoon of ghee to the hot lentils

Rujuta said that the best lunch for you would be to enjoy hot dal with rice and don’t forget to pour ghee on top. This comfort food will speed up your recovery.

3) Banana:

Nutritionists have advised to eat banana at the beginning of the day or immediately after the meal. She explained that the banana will maintain your electrolyte balance, increase your energy levels and it will improve your digestion.

4) Workout at 50% lower intensity:

No matter how happy and excited you feel to be back on track after COVID, you need to slow down in the beginning. Don’t rush and labor yourself. You may be able to gradually resume your workout routine with less intense exercise.

5) Prioritize sleep, rest and recovery:

Take proper sleep and take care of your health. It is important to get enough rest to recover.
