Aryan Khan not eating jail food, only eating biscuits bought from canteen: Reports | Hindi Movie News – Bollywood – Times of India

Like any common man jailed for the first time, superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is facing difficulties in adapting to the food and conditions provided inside the jail. Aryan and others are lodged at Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai in connection with the alleged seizure of drugs from a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast by the Narcotics Control Bureau. According to some reports, Starkid is not taking prison food and is only consuming biscuits and drinking water purchased from the jail canteen. Aryan took 12 bottles of water with him and now some are left. His friends are also not eating food and hence their condition is also not well. The reports also said that unless the court gives permission, Aryan will not be allowed to eat home-cooked food and will have to eat the food served to all the prisoners lodged in Arthur Road Jail. Like everyone else, Starkid will have to wake up at 6 am, breakfast will be served at 7 am, lunch time at 11 am and till 6 pm in jail. The jail meal consists of sheera-poha for breakfast, while lunch and dinner consist of chapatis, vegetables, lentils and rice. Aryan’s parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, on the other hand, are having sleepless nights after their 23-year-old son Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the infamous drug case. The star couple is staying away from the glare of the media and is avoiding stepping out of their luxurious home Mannat. Now, as per a report in an entertainment portal, Aryan’s arrest has left Shah Rukh feeling ‘helpless and broken’. Reports also stated that King Khan is ‘suffering from sadness and anger. He is not sleeping and overeating and is broken like a helpless father.’ Talking about the raid, on receiving secret information, on October 2, the Narcotics Control Bureau boarded the said cruise ship as passengers and conducted a surprise raid. Subsequently, the NCB detained some passengers and after hours of interrogation, they arrested Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and five others on 3 October.
