Aryan Khan seeks relaxation in bail conditions

The actor’s son wants exemption from weekly attendance at the NCB office.

Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has moved the Bombay High Court seeking minor changes in the bail conditions imposed on him by the court. drug racket case against him.

On October 29, a single bench of Justice Nitin Sambre granted bail to Mr Khan and two others, 23, and directed that they be released After executing a cash bond of ₹1 lakh with one or more sureties from Arthur Road Jail.

Mr Khan sought relaxation in the conditions required to be present at the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai office every Friday between 11 am. till 2 pm

In the application filed on Thursday, Mr Khan said that the cruise ship drug robbery case is now being drug probed by a Special Investigation Team based in Delhi. He also urged the court that there should be police presence when he is present due to heavy media presence in the NCB office.

His lawyers said the application is likely to be heard in the high court next week.

On 2 October, the central agency seized 13 grams of cocaine, five grams of MD (mephedrone), 21 grams of charas, 22 tablets of MDMA (ecstasy) and ₹1,33,000 in cash from Mumbai’s International Cruise Terminal. Mr Khan, along with others, was booked under several sections of the NDPS Act.
