Audi cars/SUVs to be costlier in India from September: Details explained

German luxury car maker Audi announced today price hike Up to 2.4% across all its models in India. The company said that due to rising input and supply chain costs, it has increased the prices of its entire range with effect from September 20, 2022.
“Feather Audi IndiaWe are committed to operating a sustainable business model. With rising input and supply chain costs, we need to increase prices by up to 2.4% across our model range,” says Balbir Singh DhillonHead of Audi India.
Audi India’s current line-up includes the petrol powered Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi A8 L, Audi Q5, Audi Q7, Audi Q8, Audi S5 Sportback, Audi RS5 Sportback and Audi RS Q8. Under the e-tron brand, the Audi electric vehicle portfolio includes the Audi e-tron 50, Audi e-tron 55 and Audi e-tron Sportback 55. Audi e-tron GT and the Audi RS e-tron GT are the two electric supercars from the luxury carmaker.
Also, Audi India has recently started online booking of the new Audi Q3 2 lakh in the Indian market at a price of Rs. The new Audi Q3 can also be booked through the “MyAudi Connect” application.
The 2022 Audi Q3 will be offered in two variants – Premium Plus and Technology. Under the hood, the new Audi Q3 will use the 2.0-litre TFSI gasoline engine, which will produce 190 PS of power and 320 Nm of torque. Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive and automatic transmission will be on offer.
