Australia vs England 1st Test Day 3 Live: Australia’s first innings finally came to an end with Mark Wood’s dismissal of overnight century-scorer Travis Head for 152. This is a huge lead of 278 runs for the hosts. Tailors Mitchell Starc and Nathan Lyon made good contributions as Australia’s 196-run overnight lead crossed the 250-run mark. Chris Woakes eventually sent Starc back for 35 before Mark Wood dismissed Nathan Lyon for 15 and then removed the head with a scorching yorker. The England batsmen will have a huge task on their hands when they come out to bat later in the day.
