In his first rally in Kashmir after quitting the Congress last month, Azad on Sunday slammed those promising to restore Article 370, saying it was not in his hands and he would not mislead people on the issue.

However, Mehbooba said, “The way the Congress ended the repression by the British, there are voices in J&K who believe that Article 370 will not be restored but the (Kashmir) problem will also be resolved.”
