The design language on the new Pulsar N250 and F250 is brand new but instantly recognizable

According to Bajaj Auto, the new Pulsar 250 is an evolution of the Pulsar brand, so while the design has changed, it is definitely a Pulsar. Both the bikes look refreshed and modern, and get a completely redesigned face, which houses a new projector headlamp with LED daytime running lights. The shape of the LED DRLs is different on the N250 and F250 to give it a different appeal.

There are minor visual differences between the naked N250 and the half-faired Pulsar F250. The F250 features clip-on handlebars, half fairing with windscreen, but shares the same engine, chassis and bicycle parts. With a weight of 164 kg, the Pulsar F250 is 2 kg heavier than the Pulsar N250.

The bikes are available in two color options, Racing Red and Techno Grey. The visual difference on the Pulsar F250 is the windscreen and a slightly larger fairing with clip-on handlebars. Both the bikes get split seats with seat height of 795 mm and split grab-rails at the rear.

The 249 cc, single-cylinder air and oil-cooled engine produces 24.1 bhp at 8,750 rpm and 21.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm.

The Pulsar 250 gets mated to a 5-speed gearbox with slip and assist clutch, which provides lighter strain on the clutch lever, as well as easier and more aggressive downshifts.
