Bangalore Night Curfew: Bengaluru 10 PM to 5 AM Curfew till 11 October | Bengaluru News – Times of India

Bengaluru: Commissioner of Police Kamal Pant Prohibitory orders and night curfew extended on Monday Bangalore City until 11 October.
However, prohibitory orders under Section 144 of CrPC will be relaxed at places like railway stations, airports and bus terminals. Night curfew will be in place between 10 pm and 5 am.
“Any contravention of these directions shall be liable to prosecution under the provisions of sections 5l to 60 of the Disaster Management Act 2005, sections 188 of the IPC and sections 4, 5 and 10 of the Karnataka Epidemic Diseases Act 2020,” a circular issued from the city said. Police Commissioner’s Office said.
However, hotels, pubs and restaurants have been kept out of the purview of the ban.
Recovering from the pandemic-induced lockdown and restrictions, they are calling for the lifting of the night curfew.
Only on Friday, the government allowed cinemas to 100% audience capacity and pubs to function normally.
