How to make Beetroot Chicken Soup Recipe:
In a pan add chicken pieces, salt, pepper, onion, ginger and water. Let it boil till the chicken is cooked. Keep removing the dirt that has accumulated on the surface. Once it boils and comes out clean, strain it and set the chicken stock aside. Cut the chicken into small pieces. In another pan, heat the butter and remaining ingredients, add the chicken stock and the beet pieces and cook until the beets are tender. Add chopped chicken, cook for two minutes, add chopped coriander and serve hot.
