Ahead of assembly elections in several states, the Bharatiya Janata Party is set to convene a meeting of its office bearers from across the country in Rajasthan’s Jaipur on May 20 and May 21 to deliberate on strengthening the organisation.

The discussions will also include the success and response of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government in eight years, the party’s current strength at the booth level and the strategies and plans to be implemented in the coming days, sources said.

Discussions and discussions are also likely to take place in the meeting regarding the preparation for elections in the states to be held soon.

Assembly elections are to be held in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka within a year.
